A business professional with more than 5 years experience in Recruitment/Resource Management within the IT services sector, Debbie has an excellent track record resourcing in specialist consultative environments across IT, Project Management and Business Process in the Financial Services industry.

Debbie joined Nova It in March 2008 and since then has been an instrumental part in building our resourcing practice across all brands. She has the ability to build trusted relationships with her consultants through developing an interest and understanding of their needs and environment.

Nguyet Nguyen, Candidate Manager

Combining her qualifications in HR Management, Nguyet began her career in Job Network assisting disadvantaged people in the community to upskill and find suitable and sustainable employment. Her recruitment experience spans across both private and non for profit sectors, which has assisted Nguyet in developing her skills and passion in identifying the perfect fit for her candidates.

Nguyet joined Nova IT in June 2011 and specialises in sourcing high quality ICT candidates for a broad range of clients, predominately in the Financial Services industry. Nguyet's skills lie in her friendly, helpful and ongoing care approach which assists her in building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with candidates. Nguyet is passionate in ensuring to take the time out to understand her candidates needs so that she can assist them in finding rewarding employment.

Chris Jones, Candidate Manager

Chris joined Nova It in October 2010 with qualifications in HR Management and a solid background in Sales and Recruitment.

He previously worked for Repforce as a Recruitment Consultant, resourcing sales staff for organisations across a variety of different industries.

Chris sources candidates for all ICT positions primarily in the Financial Services and Insurance industry. His excellent people skills mean he is always willing to go that extra mile to help his candidates.
